These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Journey Within platform, operated by BIBO Education (Jesús Duera), accessible at biboeducation.com. By registering an account or accessing the platform, the parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on behalf of themselves and the child enrolled in the programme.
Journey Within is an online educational programme designed to support children's emotional wellbeing through weekly video content, illustrated activity books, interactive exercises and a gamified learning platform. The programme is delivered entirely in English and is designed for children in Year 1 to Year 4 of primary education.
BIBO Education reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice to registered users.
Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. By registering, you confirm that:
One account per child. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
You agree not to use the platform to:
Summer Course (€60 one-time payment): Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided the user has not accessed more than one week of content.
Annual Programme (€49.90/month): Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused months.
School licences: Governed by the individual collaboration agreement signed with the school. Contact director@biboeducation.com for terms.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. BIBO Education does not store payment card information.
No part of this programme may be reproduced, distributed, publicly performed, adapted or used in derivative works without the prior written consent of BIBO Education. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.
Your personal avatar, progress data and submitted community posts remain your own. By submitting a community post, you grant BIBO Education a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that post on the platform and, where consent has been given, on official social media channels.
The Journey Within community section is a space for families to share their experience. All posts are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to remove any content that:
No direct communication between users is permitted. The only interaction allowed is anonymous voting on posts.
Journey Within is an educational programme and does not constitute psychological therapy, medical advice or clinical treatment. If your child is experiencing significant emotional difficulties, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional.
BIBO Education is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
