I, the undersigned, confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named above. I have read and understood the BIBO Education Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, available at biboeducation.com, and I give my explicit and informed consent to the following:

☐ 1. Data Processing. I consent to BIBO Education collecting and processing the personal data of myself and my child for the purpose of delivering the Journey Within educational programme, including maintaining a user account, tracking learning progress, and sending programme-related communications.

☐ 2. Child's Participation. I give permission for my child to participate in the Journey Within programme. I understand that the programme is delivered through weekly videos and activity books designed to support emotional wellbeing and self-regulation in children aged 5–12.

☐ 3. Communications. I agree to receive programme-related emails from BIBO Education. I understand I can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing director@biboeducation.com.

☐ 4. Community Content (optional). If I choose to share our experience in the Journey Within community section, I consent to those posts being reviewed by the moderation team and, if approved, being featured on BIBO Education's official social media and marketing platforms.

I understand that I have the right to access, correct or delete my data at any time by contacting director@biboeducation.com. I understand that consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
